Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS from California. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the item purchased, as many products are handmade in small batches.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items (needle books, hook books, mushroom thread bobbins, keychains, and other handmade craft supplies) ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Preorder or made-to-order items, when offered, will include the estimated processing time on the individual product page.

During busy seasons or shop updates, processing times may extend slightly. If so, the updated timeline will always be noted on the product listing.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and order size. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time estimates:

  • USPS First Class: typically 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Digital Products

Digital crochet patterns and printable files are delivered instantly via email. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded unless the item is returned to me by USPS.
