Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, email jess@evokesupplyco.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Digital Products
All digital patterns and downloadable files are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned once delivered. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please email us, we’re happy to help.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made items or special orders (when offered) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest method is to complete a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require a few business days to post the refund.
